A Beautiful Setting in Fairhope, Alabama
Capturing life’s most precious moments is a joy, and this recent Fairhope maternity session with Ryley, David, and their adorable dog, Moose, was one for the books. This sweet family is eagerly awaiting the arrival of their baby girl. I photographed their love and anticipation on a beautiful piece of private property in Fairhope, Alabama. Surrounded by towering trees, a serene pond, and open fields, we couldn’t have asked for a more peaceful setting.

Golden Hour Glow
Timing is everything when it comes to creating dreamy, glowing portraits. We started their session just before sunset, and the golden light brought out the warmth of the landscape. Ryley radiated happiness and beauty, her maternal glow enhanced by the soft light filtering through the trees. David, by her side, was the picture of a proud and protective father-to-be. The connection between them was undeniable. While I LOVE the warm glow, y’all know I am a sucker for a good black and white edit too! I included a few for you guys to see. The Sweetest Third Family Member: Moose
One of the sweetest parts of this Fairhope maternity session was the inclusion of their dog, Moose. He’s an essential part of their family and added playfulness to the session, especially as he roamed through the field with excitement. Moose’s energy brought a wonderful balance to the peaceful atmosphere. He was always eager to stay close to his growing family.
