This Daphne Family Session was the perfect way to welcome spring on the Eastern Shore. We met mid-morning, when the light was soft and everything around us was beginning to come back to life. The setting could not have been more beautiful, with fresh green grass, blooming trees, and vibrant azaleas in shades of light pink, dark pink, and crisp white. This setting was giving SPRING and I am here for it!

Spring sessions in Daphne, Alabama are always some of my favorites. There is something so special about that time of year when everything feels new again. The azaleas were in full bloom for this session, creating the prettiest natural backdrop and adding so much color and texture to each image.

The mid-morning timing gave us clean, even light that worked perfectly with the soft spring tones. It made the colors pop while still keeping everything bright and timeless.

Classic Black and White Style

This family absolutely nailed their outfit choices. They kept things simple and elevated with mostly black attire, which created a cohesive and polished look across all of their photos. The combination of blacks with pops of white looked so classic and photographed beautifully against the soft greens and pinks of the spring landscape.

Capturing Family Connections

One of my favorite parts of this Daphne Family Session was getting to photograph my own sister, her husband, and their kids. It always means a little extra to capture memories for family.

We made sure to document a variety of moments, including:
